Mrs Adedolapo Osuntuyi

Adedolapo Osuntuyi is an award-winning education advocate, social impact leader, and the founder of Dolly Children Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming access to quality education for underserved children in Nigeria and across Africa. For over 15 years, Adedolapo has championed education equity, focusing on equipping children with 21st century skills through innovative learning programs, teacher training, community development, and policy advocacy.

Her passion for educational justice was shaped by powerful personal stories those of her father and a childhood friend whose dreams were nearly derailed by limited access to education. Refusing to accept inequality as the norm, she launched Dolly Children Foundation as an undergraduate student, driven by a vision to ensure that every child, regardless of class, tribe, or background, has the opportunity to dream, learn, and lead a fulfilled life.

Under her leadership, the foundation has impacted over 23,000 children, trained 2,500+ teachers, and built strategic partnerships with 48+ organisations. Her work spans 25 communities across 4 Nigerian states building a lasting ecosystem of hope, resilience, and opportunity for children.

Adedolapo is a graduate of Botany from Lagos State University and holds a Master’s Degree in Child Health and Social Care from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She also completed a Postgraduate Programme in Education and was awarded the Africa-America Institute Scholarship to study Social Sector Management at the Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre.

In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was named one of the 50 African Women in Development and was most recently honoured with the African Humanitarian Award as an Education Champion in 2025. She is a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Fellow, an alumna of the WIMBIZ Mentorship Program (where she was named one of the top 3 awardees), and a published author of “Hearts & Hands: One Woman's Journey to Creating a Better Future for Children.”

Adedolapo is also the Convener of the Edufuture Conference, a platform reimagining the future of inclusive education in Africa. She actively collaborates with public and private sector stakeholders to build policy-aligned, evidence-based learning interventions. Her leadership extends to serving as a Board Director at UPIG Development Foundation, Mums Coordinator for Social Good Lagos (an initiative of the UN Foundation), and as a mentor with Teach for Nigeria.

At her core, Adedolapo believes that every child is a star, and she has devoted her life to ensuring that no child is left behind because of race, class, or circumstance. Her story is one of purpose, resilience, and transformational impact.

Tomiisin Balogun

Emotional Wellness Counsellor & Coach

Tomiisin Balogun, popularly called The JOY Merchant is a renowned Emotional Wellness Counsellor and Coach; one of Africa’s Top Global Voices in the Emotional Wellness space.

She is a Certified Masteries Practitioner by the International Association of Coaching (IAC), USA. At the core of her Vision is helping women reclaim their JOY, providing them with the tools, resources and support they need to reclaim their JOY, to heal , thrive and become the best JOYful version of themselves.

She is the Founder and Lead Projects of Organizations, Ministries and Initiatives such as JOY HQ, Healing Hangout with Jesus, Scripture Lovers Network, Brian and Bryan Foundation and Project Hope.

Sola Omolade Adeleye

Sola Omolade Adeleye is an HR/Administrative professional and a youth development expert with over 20 years of corporate work experience in Africa, Europe, and North America.

By the grace of God, she is also the founder and Pastor of House of Cedar International Youth Ministry. An organization with a vision to inspire and empower youths and their families to maximize their potentials and fulfill their God given purposes.

She hosts a weekly online program “Family Time"-which helps families live purposeful lives while supporting one another to the glory of God.

She is a certified marriage Mentor and Relationship Coach. She is based in Maryland , United States with her husband and children.

Modupe Mabawonku

Life Purpose & Leadership Coach, entrepreneur & convener of KDI

Modupe Mabawonku is a passionate lover of God and a devoted champion for women’s empowerment. Her deepest desire is to see women live purposefully for God and boldly occupy their sphere of influence.

Trained as a Pharmacist, Modupe spent over a decade in the public health sector before transitioning fully into ministry, coaching, and entrepreneurship. She is a certified Life Purpose Coach and a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach.

A visionary leader and serial entrepreneur, Modupe is the founder and convener of the King's Daughters Initiative (KDI)—an interdenominational women’s ministry launched in 2007. KDI exists to help women discover, develop, and deploy their God-given potentials. Through its various expressions, KDI provides spiritual growth opportunities, mentorship, and platforms for women to rise and lead with divine purpose.

She leads Divine Activations, a daily prayer gathering where women unite to activate God’s power for destiny fulfillment. Her God-given mandate also includes raising a new generation of godly young girls, which she fulfills through her mentoring academy—instilling biblical values and wise counsel for living a set-apart life.

Every February, Modupe hosts a special annual gathering for teenage girls—a God-honoring alternative to Valentine’s Day that focuses on identity, purity, and purpose. She is also the founder of Omo-Oba Creations, an Afrocentric fashion brand that celebrates royalty and heritage through clothing, footwear, and signature perfumes. Modupe is joyfully married to Akinsoji Mabawonku, and they are blessed with three wonderful children. She splits her time between Atlanta, Georgia, and Lagos, Nigeria.

Adefolashade Fadeyi

Adefolashade Fadeyi is a seasoned Parenting Strategist and Teen Development Expert with over 15 years of experience. She works with parents and community organizations such as schools, NGOs, churches, and government institutions to create tailored systems and safe spaces where teens can develop values and build lifelong skills preparing them for a fulfilling life after school.

She creates courses and programs designed for busy working parents and C-suite executives navigating work and family. Her unconventional tools and effective strategies enable them to raise well-rounded teenagers without sacrificing their work or dream life. Fola is a US Certified Girl Empowerment Coach, a trained youth mentor, and a CBT and NLP Practitioner. She currently serves as a ‘Mentors Mentor’ at the Youth Mentor Training of 'Shine From Within Australia. She is certified to teach the "Girl Meets World curriculum" of Girl Leadership USA, taught at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls, South Africa. A proud member of the Women Empowering Girls Network (WEGN), Dallas, Texas, USA, and certified in Youth First Aid Mental Health USA.

Adefolashade is the founder of Brighter Girls Life Initiative, a nonprofit organization that equips teen girls with life skills that help them confidently meet and thrive in the real world.

She creates winning campaigns and curriculums adoptable by girl-friendly organizations. She has worked with thousands of teen girls and their primary influencers; parents, and educators in different capacities across different countries. Fola speaks at parent conferences, trains at teen workshops, and organizes girls’ and parenting conferences, If Fola isn’t designing a curriculum or having a 1:1 consultation, she will be playing with her two boys who make her feel like the third boy child at home.
